RubenR
Has anyone used one of these masks ? It looks like you would get to hot in it ? Is there anything similar that will still be easy to aim with considering it has to be a full face mask ? http://www.military1st.co.uk/products/1166...ed-goggles.html Please help guys thanks
rschris
dont waste your money....neoprene offers VERY little protection for the face! you feel every shot without fail! Money much better spent on mesh goggles along with mouth and ear mesh protector!
RubenR
I have goglgles and lower mesh mask but can't look down the sights properly what are some, low profile options ?
rschris
erm low profile options, to be honest there are not many unless you want to go for something like above....you sacrifice additional ability for sights by safety sometimes...bit of a pain.... I have it quite alot with my loadout but I adjust as I rather like my teeth in place haha

MZKaleem
RubenR, if you would like to keep your teeth and use your sights, maybe you should buy a riser for your sights. If its for an M4 you can just buy a carry handle rail and put the sight ontop of the carrying handle? It's an option that seemed to work for many. Try it out, if you have a few quid to spare for the rail.
Saltyyy
Can I ask, have you actually moulded the mesh lower to your face yet? Take a hammer and beat it down to sit flush with your cheeks, I did and I can sight all of my guns correctly. If it's the ones with ear protection you may have to be a little more skilled in shaping it. Just alot of trial and error. And yes, neoprene heats up VERY fast. Cyrax
I use the same mesh goggles as above, and depending on weather, a thin balaclava, but also use a green shemagh (Keffiyeh) around my mouth (the cowboy robbing the the train look!). Its doubled up, so is fairly thick, isnt super tight fighting so the force transfer isnt 100% and still provides woodland camouflage with colour and breaking up the face shape. Adds a bit of individuality as well . But, that may not pass as full face protection at your site.. If thats the case, go for Salty or Elites ideas.
