My Electric AGM MP44 hand grip has become a magnet and the gun will not work. my queries are: 1 How on earth could this happen 2 is it reversable? 3 Who repairs these, or where do i get a new motor if required? cheers John Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
REMSoft Posted July 1, 2012 Share Posted July 1, 2012 It has not become a magnet, it has always been one AEG motors run (someone correct me if I'm wrong!) as current goes through a coil of wire wrapped around a central shaft. This wire acts as an electromagnet and drives the shaft which is connected to static (Not the proper term...) magnets. It could be a simple problem such as a fuse! Take it to a techie.
