Quick test fit for photos. It looks the dogs bollocks.

It’s a start, but the proportions are all wrong for that pistol mount ……

….. though in a slightly more serious manner, I have actually played a pistol with a 13ci cylinder attached

It worked, but could not be held outstretched on target for long …..View attachment 155298

Running a pistol challenge and needing more pistols in the team inventory gave me the “justification” to “invest” in a twin, which then simplified to going akimbo and managing reloads & CO2 changes

We not explored hpa yet, maybe in the future. I've still got dive bottle and a pump in storage.

Told the wife this hobby wouldn't get too expensive... Oops.

Bear in mind that I’m an interloper on here, with my real world being paintball and that airsoft is an aside, so don’t be distracted by my HPA which is the right way for the ‘serious’ paintballer (noting that I reverted that pistol to 12 gram CO2 keeping the HPA mod for specific uses)

In airsoft the defaults will be battery and green gas etc.  Only go to HPA when it is truely justified for that gun - it could bring more problems depending on site to ensure that you can get HPA fills

Other than there often being less understanding of HPA in airsoft (or deliberate ‘ignorance’ to exploit bypassing regular locks etc) it’s a backward step to tether a RIF to an airline with a bottle on your back

Using 2 pistols together looks tacticool but tbh is more hassle than it's worth as inevitably you end up firing both guns at the same target but with badly aimed shots and then there's the issue of reloading. By all means let him give it a go bit I wouldn't be surprised if he decides it's not worth it after a short time

100% agree with you mate, it's the outcome I'm expecting. But he has to come to that conclusion himself I guess.

Lol. True.

Appreciate all the responses though. Thanks

Surprised no one has brought up 'Silo Entertainment', Dutch fella who makes videos kind of in the same vein as Novritsch, mostly sniping but he does some rifleman stuff too. He sometimes talks through his tactics, in the moment thinking and and positioning.

He did interesting one a little while back where he tested out a low profile exo suit which allowed him to run faster and save energy lol

Someone else who comes to mind for actual tactics and methods, is 'Levelcap' (better known for FPS military shooters) - he has not made an airsoft video in many years, but go through his airsoft playlist, If I remember correctly he was quite good at breaking down what and why he was doing what he was doing in his clips and it was pretty entertaining.

It's quite funny, one of the reasons he quit airsoft was that whenever he would go, all the kids would start following him 😂

Airsoft and tactics being mentioned in the same sentence makes me (as ex Forces) cringe.  As one poster has said, fitness is the best thing you could work on.  Just have fun and forget the nonsense.
We both exercise regularly, and lift weights. But I guess more won't hurt. Thanks.

I agree 100%, my time in the services taught me well... I never boil an egg & cook bacon in the same pan. (took me 4 weeks at St Omar Barracks in Aldershot to learn that).

Andy Cap Commando's all the way.

Subscribed to all them, and working my way thru their back catalogue. Thanks everyone who replied. Had to clear and reset my history as every other suggestion was kicking mustang... 😂
