Will changing my hop mess with FPS?

Generally more hop = less FPS, but the change is negligible if you're just adjusting it.

Yes. You usually get better or worse airseal.

Do it properly and use a decent rubber and you might get a bit of an increase. Be a bit cack handed and it will most likely drop.
