Who makes this g18c slide?

Due to a fuck up from HK, I got lumbered with this g18c slide instead of what I actually ordered. I tried to fit it to a WE g18c and it wouldn’t cycle, despite the parts being interchangeable. Before attempting to make it work on the TM, does anyone know the brand?

TM and WE aren't interchangeable by the way. TMs are ~1mm wider.

Looks like a Phoenix steel slide to me. Wouldn't recommend steel for a G18c slide as it's too heavy.

TM one is about 1mm wider, so looks like it’s for a WE after all.
