What is the difference between the Well L96 and the ASG L96?

I have been looking around and im not sure if the Well L96 is the same as the ASG L96. Can someone please help me?

The first one I mentioned is the ASG one,the other is the Well Warrior L96 V3.

The ASG l96 is a re branded WELL L96,but it's the older version and it's not very good.
