I'm new to doing upgrades to gas guns and I was wondering is there any external upgrades I can do to a pistol? (WE Bretta M9)

I would like to add that grip and profile compensator and try to get hold of the bottom reciver in chrome but I'm not sure where I would go about buying these, So could some one tell me where I could get my self those to items? (Within the UK is possiable)
For internal upgrades is it worth spending the money doing any internal work on a gas pistol?
