The WE SCAR L has been recognised for a few years now as one of the best replicas available. This AEG version shares the same receiver construction and polymer furniture so the quality standard is very high.
Ambidextrous Fire Selector and magazine release. 6 position stock is adjustable and foldable. It also has a adjustable cheek rest. 350mm barrel with plenty of rails for various accessories and the rifle features flip up sights. As this is the 5.56 version - standard M4 magazines will fit no problem. Battery fits in the stock and either a stick or crane type can be used. Lipos can be used but as usual - we do not recommend 11.1.
Internals feature a reinforced gearbox, 8mm bushings, steel gears and a light polycarbonate piston. This rifle also has high torque motor. Another very interesting feature is the main spring release when the fire selector is set to safe. This means no stress inside the gearbox and will prolong the life of the internal parts.
Hop is set by drawing back the charging handle and adjustment made through the ejector port. A very nice touch is the functioning bolt catch release. Please note that this is not the Katana split gearbox system.
If you are looking for a quality AEG without breaking the bank then this a worthy option. Aloso worth considering if you are an existing GBB owner looking for a matching rifle for certain game scenarios or for cold weather use.
