Tracer unit and inner barrel length

I am looking to get a suppressor type tracer unit for my TM 416 devgru. The thing is I have replaced the inner barrel for a longer tighter bore barrel which continues way into my current suppresor. My question is how much distance after leaving the inner barrel does the tracer unit need to 'charge the BB ? Thanks in advance

Your inner barrel needs to end where the tracer begins, there's a 'light gate' that triggers the flash very close to the beginning of the tube.

yes youll know hoe far to move it as the light will continue to flash asif bbs are going through it  just mate a washer to space it out depending on how much. arrel you have extended

Can save yourself a lot of effort with a barrel extension.
