in fact I'm going through something similar right now. Still waiting for my MP7 Gen 2 to arrive. Week Number 3 and counting. I could safely bet all the Gold in King Midas's palace it doesn't come next week either lol.

Huh, the Mandarin Empire must have given me a decent social credit score, I've been getting stuff from AliExpress within 2 weeks, and under a week on one case.  Given the absolute mare that folk seem to be having importing stuff from the continent or the colonies, I'd still rather gamble on our Chinese overlords, if for no other reason than the sheer volume of tat flooding in from there probably swamps the fun police in Border Farce.

The gen 2 is great and stupidly cheap on patrol base atm, my friend has one and its why I got the v1.

I only went for the v1 other it as its for the smg8 and the t1 is more authentic on a mp7 then a t2.

Starting out so need some games under my belt before I even start on RIFs (not that I haven't been looking!), but have just ordered some camo kit and boots. Jeans are way too hot for running around in!

Nothing too exciting but it's a start ?

We all had to start somewhere.

Some basic kit and a decent set of boots will be a big help to start with. Make sure you don't skimp on eye protection.

Best bit of playing kit for a beginner is the humble dump pouch - You can carry a spare mag or two and a bag of BBs and not have to fumble with pockets. Simply loops onto any belt you've got in your wardrobe. They only cost £8-9 posted from AliExpress, or £12 (not inc Postage) from a UK supplier.

You can make 95 round mags from king arms 110 mid caps.

 
Just got hold of 5 mws mags for a load out total of seven. I now have 100kg of magazines to carry for the equivalent of 1 plastic hicap

 
I think that’s part of the masochist appeal of gbbr’s

Plus I have a hicap polymer bizon for when I feel lazy
