The 'What have you just bought' Thread

Just bought FG limiter for my WE 888C, let's see if it works so I can run it on most fields

My fingers keep slipping.

I think I have just ordered a Specna C-08 from gunfire, whoops

My fingers slipped too on a wee scope too. Figured it may improve my target acquisition as I shoot like a stormtrooper and you all know we can’t hit anything ?

You still won't hit anything, but at least you'll look cool :D

Looks good for the money, look forward to seeing it fitted ?
Yeah, doesn't look too shoddy.

I'll see if I can fit it to the ARP-9 tonight to see what it looks like, but it'll probably go on my new specna whenever it is delivered.

Got my new stock for my SCAR-H and LaRue RISR:

Still waiting for the Angry Gun SCAR Gen II Stock Adapter v2.1 so I can attach the new stock, but damn it looks better than the Uggly Boot. I would have preferred an ACR stock but they are impossible to find online and have 0 battery space anyway even if you can get one.

I had to dremel the bolt catch / release / reflector for the TM GBB SCAR-L to fit, but I like it a lot more than the stock plastic one from VFC. Who spends £40 for a single bit of something? Warhammer 40k, or airsoft players. lol.

It should be great for nearly £70.

Would a £9 CTR clone and a Dremel not achieve the same thing?

I actually couldn't find one with a big buttpad like that, they were all slim so I assumed they put a custom one on there or something. It would be a hell of a lot of dremeling though, and they've even cut holes all around it for heat dissipation, to be honest with all the other crap I gotta do to this gun I'd rather just pay someone to do it right for me.

This is the one I was seeing with the smaller buttpad:

You can buy the machined out pad direct from KoA if you already have the stock - https://www.kingdomofairsoft.com/product-page/genuine-magpul-ctr-extended-buffer-pad
Huh, well I guess that would have been cheaper to get the £9 stock and that, but already have it now so oh well. Good for anyone searching and finding this though.

Still it's a shame it can only fit a 7.4v lipo, is that going to be enough to run my SCARs drivetrain? U-22000 motor, 12:1 gears, M110 spring.

I'd say ask Sam at KoA. He's probably tested a whole host of batteries in them and knows what fits and what doesn't.

@Adolf Hamster, that looks like it almost belongs on a small motorcycle! ?

Sam at KoA? Only other space I can think a battery might fit is down the stock tubing but I don't have the scar adapter yet so I can't test with any butterfly lipos I have.
