Straps on a molle vest?

I know my vest is a cheap on but as I was getting my stuff together to play tonight I noticed the inside of my vest has straps. I was just wondering if they're there for a reason or is because it's a cheap vest and put on by accident?

Anybody else have them in their vest?

Oh cool, Looks bulky though. I just wear denim shorts under my camo.

What about the 4 straps near the shoulders?

Ahh denim. Don't like wearing them when running, they shrink and can cause rashes
