Unbelievable, I was browsing the forums and the classified section and the police came and asked me to leave the train.

I showed them the phone and explained they were pellet guns.

They checked my documents, asked questions and let me go.

They must have seen what that Stormzombies kid was asking for his p09 and decided a robbery was taking place.

Where they the train Stasi?  "Achtung! Your Dokuments! Schnell!" :D

"Zo. Mizter Marco. Vot iz der meanink ov dis vebzite? Are yoo in honisty tellink uz, dat yoo are not in fact sikkink to do der terror?"

It was really upsetting being asked to leave the train for questioning but at least they were polite. I’m used to Italian police, they first beat or shoot you then ask for documents.

You must have one big-ass phone...

How did they see what you were looking at?

I have a small iPhone 6. I wonder who was the stupid person that thought I could be a  threat by looking at guns on my phone. Maybe racist a bit since I’m not British looking but Mediterranean and with a strong foreign accent.

What did they arrest you for?
As they're not allowed to say "we are arresting you on suspicion of looking at pictures on your phone" - as that in itself is not an offence?

They didn’t arrest me but they asked me to follow them and leave the train for questioning.

See when I get Airsoft guns on my phone I just get asked if it's COD

They'd have prob left you alone if you were watching porn like everybody else ?.

Shoulda said no and asked them to sit with you if there was an issue. There was no grounds for even suspicion. Its not even a crime or reasonable doubt to even be going there.

Hmmmm. If they just asked and you weren't arrested, you didn't have to go.

I assume if I had said no they would have escalated the procedures e.g arrest or stop and search.  Can you actually say no to the police? I’m used to the Italian police they would have kicked the s##t out of me if I had  not complied but the British Police (thank god) is more civilised.
