Depends. There are several different style. You can go like Novritch and make a mount for a video camera, you can get a Mobius Action Cam and replace the lens with a 7-8x zoom (make sure you get an IR filter or everything will look purple), or you can get a scope that records video (usually rather expensive). I have a mobius with an 8x zoom that I use on my AEGs and such, and I have an ATN X-Sight HD II for my VSR that records rather well (but it costs $750).I would say go with a mobius unless you want a one piece system.

Mobius Actioncams are the current pick of the crop, I like the Mobius2 as it is 1080p 60fps although the Mobius1 is still very good. You'll also need a 25mm lens if for an AEG or a 33mm or 50mm if for a BASR. You will also need to mount it so check out BrainExploders Shapeways shop.
Google Banggood for the cameras, stock-optics for the lens and as stated brainexploder for the mounts.
If you get it sorted you'll also need some video editing software, microsoft moviemaker will make very basic vids, if you want better then you have to pay for it.
