Depends on the brand, which you've not mentioned. General rule is 60% - 70% of retail

Do you have more photos? Branding, serial numbers, join lines, types of screws, nuts and bolts, etc can all give telltale signs of which brand it is. The more certainty you can give, the more likely you are to get a better return selling it on.

"Used once" with no idea of the brand is likely to fetch you less than "Used 20 times" where you do know which brand it is.

Also if you have mag adapters for 5.56 & 7.62 will help

Options for manufactures are Ares, VFC or ACM. ACM is £100 for just the launcher new. I would assume that as your base price if you can't determine which one it is, so £70 to £60.
