Scaffolding collapses near 'The Mall' building

2 people hurt, hopefully noone else and not badly.

The scaffolding collapsed, not the building. There's still people missing presumed trapped at the minute.

yeah, seen that was well.....

i believe its an area next to where the mall was, according to someone i know working on it.... not demo, nothing to do with it.....

from the images it does look like part of the building came down.
