Rules Of Entry

Its been decided that only people who have the following requirements can join:

1.) They must have been to First And Only Heywood site (or any other official site) AT LEAST 2 times before they can join.

2.) They must own their own weapon/weapons that are suitable for skirmishing with (i.e no cheap springers with a 5 meter range)

3.) They must have their own kit and equipment to fight effectively (enough mags, webbing/vest ect)

Also, nobody on the team can invite a person into the team without the express wish of the majority of the team, and they must meet the about criteria.

This is to make sure we dont have an influx of noobs into the team, which would be more a liability than a bonus. This isnt to say that we dont want new people/people who dont meet the above creiteria, to come airsofting with us, its just you wont be officially in the team, but we will try and acomadate you

however, I suggest that all entry must be finally cleared by us three

About guns - are they allowed to hire kit, i.e guns (say if the team goes for a skirmish at a site?) if they do have the rest of the kit?

why would they have the rest of the kit and no gun?

But if they are happy to pay for it AND HAVE ENOUGH MAGS TO NOT NEED TO STOP MID GAME, then yes, It's fine by me.

I had most of my kit before my guns actually.

And yeah, they will pay for it, and have the correct ammount of ammo, etc.

Aye thatl work, so we'll trial everyone in basic teams atm, then after our first skirmish we'll do an after action report and see how well people did, either keep em where they are, rejig the teams a little or ditch unwanted members (however that may be slightly hard and politicaly unsound, so we might just have a 'bad team')

And erm about the rental, im a bit unsure about it as it could lead to problems, i.e. someone who dosent have a weapon and cant afford a hire wants to borrow someone elses, but then he might want to not do that so that he has a spare battery for his gun (like me!) or mags ect ect. Itl just complicate things which i cba dealing with!

And as for the vouch safe thing yeh sounds like a plan

Just to make a suggestion you dont want to go over board on the Rules of Entry thing becuase if it is to.... lets say time consuming to join it might but poeple off

I don't think it is too time consuming to join, it is just so we don't get people who either can't pull their weight in the team or people who the rest of us don't really get along with.

It is mostly so that we don't start aguing over radios about someone not doing something slightly suicidal but may gain us an objective.

Ok, after discussion with The Leprechaun, one or two of the rules have been edited

Weapons - you can have anything, providing you can:

a)use it

b)it is unlikely to result in the rest of the team getting taken out.

c)you have all the gear & ammo you need

*unless you are renting on an offical site

You should talk to the guy then try and get some sort of sponsership (if you know the guy that well)

As in we will wear your logo etc and send all of our team to your store if you offer us a discount etc

He won't be able to afford it ATM, he only set up the airsofting part of the shop about a year ago and things are pretty tight ATM

on a related note, one of the guys that works there bought a VULCAN MINIGUN ( ) and is keeping it at the shop instead of his house as it is better insured there. also, think of the publicity having a vulcan does
