Raven meu 1911

Hello just wondering if any one knows what’s up with my Raven 1911 it fires a few times fine then goes like it’s got no gas in it. Take the mag out and press the valve there’s always plenty in it the blow back action just stays back like the mags emptied but it hasn’t any help please

when the gun stops shooting is the hammer cocked or is it at half cock?

ok sounds like it's not fully cycling after a couple shots so not resetting. the starting point is have you cleaned and lubed the gun at all?

I’ve just got it I’ve not cleaned it yet but the gun is used I’ll try that sometimes it’s cocks some it doesn’t but the first 2/3 fires loads of gas comes out the gun 

I’ll try cleaning it first and see if that’s helps cheers
