PX4 mag locking slide

I have a TM PX4 that has one magazine that locks the slide back on nearly every shot.

I can see no difference between it and the other mags that work perfectly.

Is there something obvious that could be causing this?

The only thing in a mag that should lock the slide is the bb follower. 

You are firing it with bb’s in? And it’s not sticking, but actually locking on the slide lock?

Ive checked the follower and its seems fine.

Im firing with BBs in and its just locking back. Cant see and issue after a lock and looking through the ejection window, its really weird.

Is the slime catch being pushed up by the follower of the suspect mag?

Put the mag in, manually rack it and see where it starts to lock
