Pistol upgrade

I am looking at buying a non blow back pistol it fires to hard to skermish is there an easy way to reduce the fps, or can I extend the barrel and add a stock to convert it to a dmr style sniper weapon.

Forgot to mention it is a co2 pistol and fires 450+. Also would heavier bb's lower it too.
