If referring to blank firing pistols then they are legal - if they meet the criteria for a UK legal blank firing pistol, and that there are no additional restrictions on the blank ammunition.

(Which shouldn’t affect pistol blank ammunition)

Just google ‘blank firing pistol’ and you will find loads of outlets.

However please note that they are legal but there are restrictions on what you can do with them and where you carry them
