NVG Mount

Just bought a helmet with an NVG mount, and an action camera with lots of different mounting attachments, but can't for the life of me figure out which is the one to go where

Was in the same boat when I got my go pro. Had no clue what all those things were for, still dont. They are all in a shoe box somewhere
