Hi I recently took apart my BB gun grip as the gas was leaking and I opened it up to see if I could fix it. However when I did so a small metal bar flew out, and I can't figure out where it goes!

It would help if you gave details of the make and model, but from a quick look I'd think it was the mag retaining spring. No idea how it fits though.

it looks like the trigger bar spring and it goes just inside the grip and it pushing up on the trigger bar to give it tension it can be a right pain to get in the right place

the two bars i found have nothing 'springy' in nature, and i cant see how they would be a spring in any way.

The metal bars have something to do with holding this black bar up into place, as without it in place the gun would not shoot. So if you guys can figure out what this is I would greatly appreciate it!

it will be held in place by the grip there should eb some groves or marks that hold it there like said its a pain in the arse

it looks very similar to one of my old m92f

I have the exact same model and make as yours. From the looks of it the others are correct about it being the spring that pushes up the trigger bar (part 71 in the manual) however, yours appears to have been bent out of shape and snapped. You'll need to get a replacement spring.

I usually get parts like that from fire support, but I'm not sure if they have any of that particular spring
