Medical advice/help.

I’m a bit old fashioned when it comes to this one just like acupuncture was recommended to me numerous times over the years but I never have attempted it

Would be curious to hear from anybody that has used either option and their following results after trying ?
Accupuncture has been used medically for 3000 years & canabis for 5000... you could always chew on a cocoa bean if you want... I prefer mine in Nestle packaging tho.

Sorry to hear that mate, sounds really rough. I've got a knee problem myself (nowhere near as bad as yours) so I know how gutting it is when it keeps you off the field.

I've seen players manage fine with knee braces so don't lose hope - hopefully someone with first hand experience can point you in the right direction. Wishing you all the best with the op and good on you for already planning your comeback! 👍

I was bought a months dose of CBD liquid. It tasted rank and made my breath foul. Did nowt.

Decent spliff however...

Never tried acupuncture despite recommendations.

Since natural cannabis will make you fail a breath test whilst driving, I avoid it. You need a script to remain legal.

Written whilst Pulsio massage gun does the work. It's a serious help!

I would 100% recommend acupuncture
I was a non believer of it until around ten yrs ago, I slipped getting out of the shower and “cricked” my back.
I didn’t think anything of it, but before I knew it I couldn’t bend and it got worse, unable to sit, then unable to stand upright!
I had trapped my sciatic nerve somehow!
I spent two weeks in bed in agonising pain, with spasms in my leg making it come (involuntarily) up to my chest and in screaming pain.
My GP prescribed morphine, which did take the edge off of it, and they suggested acupuncture.
I was willing to try anything at that point.
The specialist came round, and took ten minutes to move me from lying on my back - to lying on my front.
She then put in around 10 - 12 needles in my back, wiggled them for a moment, then went for a cuppa and a chat in the other room with my wife.
She returned to wiggle and turn the needles again and left me for ten minutes.
She took them out, and got me comfortable, and said to my wife, “he’s ok , he’ll sleep for a while”

I blacked out and slept for 18hrs solid
I was back on my feet in 48 hrs, and back to work ten days later.

I 100% endorse acupuncture after that experience
