That's the thing. When sites have tighter rules to reduce the likelihood of scamming, staff are accused of being Nazis or too heavy handed for enforcing them, especially by newbies who want special treatment because they made a choice not to follow the rules in place as they wanted a quick sale. When sites operate like the Wild West, scams are rife and the webmaster enables it by keeping the website running and not taking action against scammers or giving the means to report it. People turn to Used Airsoft because they can make a listing quickly but people get duped with fake listings or the email payment scam.

Oh I agree that people will moan and bitch about having to follow the simplest of rules but not having them leads to the kind of shit show we see there. Admin running a tight ship and swiftly dealing with scammers etc makes using a site way better for the rest of us, if the ones who can't follow the site rules don't like it then tough shit.
The other problem is that if scammers aren't dealt with it basically gives a green light for every other thieving turd to do the same
