Macks airsoft dreamers of the week thread

I'm intrigued by the £250 service on a pistol, was it touched by god himself to justify the price? An hours labour and some lube is not £250.

Because he overprices everything, but wont respond when hes called out on his lies, & also claims he's not a trader, im sure hmrc would disagree😏.
Used to have a lot of ads on here, until he spat his dummy out when his feedback was lost (along with everyone else's).

The internal upgrades don't justify putting the price above retail, especially with the scuffs

You can buy it for £10 less at retail.

Yes, it's been upgraded to improve accuracy because of that "What were you thinking?" split inner barrel and it has a replacement reset arm but used once for half a day's game play won't preserve the price. It may as well have been fielded or 20 times without any issues. It's still going to depreciate in value.

Seeing that Vorsk's (partly) MWS-compatible VMAR platform is round the corner and will have a similar retail price as VMP-2 currently for AR and DMR, VMP-2 has lost a lot of its resale value and that will only get worse.

@Mtemprell challenged him on it last night; he stated that it was an error and he would correct it. It hasn't been corrected yet. It seems a very strange error to make.
I've deleted the ad & asked the member to resubmit it, this time with each pic conforming to rule 5.
That'll show if its one & the same gun, the finer points about what gen etc I'll leave to you guys.

Even with the accessories, this seems a tad overpriced given that DK Armaments have the rifle in stock for £229.99.
A tad? ;)

The Vector Maverick sight is a nice budget bit of kit but that "£160 alone" for the two is what they're worth at retail. The ACOG does give a decent image but it's known for really poor eye relief. I see the ASG and other replica ACOGs of that style go for less than £30 at boot sales.

The seller hasn't pointed out how the gun is semi-locked seeing that it's been upgraded to 400fps. Given how some sites have particular rules about ensuring they're single shot only, that's important to disclose.

It hasn't. It's still capable of full auto but has a lower powered spring at the moment according to the ad. This means he's been running around a site with a full auto capable rifle running at DMR power levels.
