LOWERING MY FPS FROM 380 TO 340

i have a cyma cm028c which fires 380 - 400 fps with 0.20G, if i use 0.30G will my fps go down to around 340 as my sites fps limit is 350

That's not how it works. 350fps WITH 0.2g is the limit. Change the spring. End of, no arguments.

 
The electric motor pulls back the piston but still uses a spring to push the piston and fire.

Look up some vids on how to change the spring in an AEG and you'll get the idea.

(You can also cut a few coils from the spring but that can lead to problems if not done properly)

Might be better to find a shop or gun tech to do it for you...
