Standard ones off of Amazon are quite fine for Airsoft uses.
Never bought a baofeng. I'm talking about these Retevis Walkie Talkie Earpiece 2 Pin Headset Compatible for Retevis RT24 RT27 Baofeng Kenwood (1pcs) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00SUY8R4O/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_VxvyDb5MH28S4Is that the ones that come with the BaoFeng? As I found them to be a tad naff tbh

Thanks, I'm waiting on a set of racal's from JCI but needed something cheap before then.
My friend had a neck mic. I struggled to hear him. I've got one of the above, nobody has had any issuesI see these but was thinking of going for ones with the neck mic.
Luke what ones have you gone for?
Oh these, yeah I had a set of these and they kept falling offCheap throat mics don't work.
I had that transparent in ear thing but it blocks other sounds and my earhole sweated behind it and it became very uncomfortable in longer games.
I settled with something like this: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-Pin-Earpiece-Headset-PTT-for-QUANSHENG-WOUXUN-TYT-BAOFENG-UV5R-888S-KENWOOD/162569423351?epid=3006831612&hash=item25d9e489f7:g:migAAOSwstJZU6FN
But the earpiece is not inside my earhole but next to it. That way I can hear the environment too.
I use a mixture of Racals (modified by JCI however there is a wiring diagram on here) and cheap retevis throat mic/clear tube.
prefer using the Racals but with a belt kit it’s not really possible due to the amplifier so that stays on my PC for use with my AR as it’s nice going into buildings with pyro knowing you won’t get tinnitus.
use the throat mic with my sniper belt and it’s a cheap bit of kit that just about serves the purpose I wouldn’t say that it’s massively clear however if you annunciate well anyway you won’t have an issue.
I don't suppose you have some links to the ones you have, so I can take a look at them
how big is your ear canal?I've been running a set of Earmor's with their own PTT and I've had quite a good experience with it.
