Played a tournament today, as a defender on one of the objectives.
This is what I ran, I also had a backpack full of water, food, bbs and spare parts but since we were static i left it hanging on a tree
camo (not pictured, already in the washing machine because it's dirty and drenched in sweat): m81 combat pants and ubacs, multicam ball cap.
Good old Tactical Tailor Mini Mav, still the best choice when it comes to summer games.
also my brand new emerson belt, which proved to be great, stiff enough to hold all my crap (multitool, m4 mag, bag of bbs, smokes and batteries) yet lightweight and low profile..
pouches are (left to right):
-condor single pistol mag in OD
-emerson fast/taco plastic m4 pouch in a-tacs fg
-invader gear radio pouch in multicam
-invader gear rolly polly in multicam
-templars gear large utility pouch still in multiglam (I liked the small one on the mav so much I had to get another one, but bigger
)
i'd like to change a few things though:
replace the OD pistol mag pouch with a MC one, replace the crappy emerson fast mag/taco wannabe with a proper high quality taco style mag pouch (either templars gear or was) and move everything 1 slot to the left, maybe keeping the utility where it is now because it's really comfortable to reach in that position!
the right side is still "naked" because I'm still looking for something that's actually useful, or leaving it as it is to allow a decent draw on a pistol (if I ever find spare mags for it and a decent polymer holster)
