KWA MAC 11 NS2 help

Hello

my loading nozzle recently broke and i ordered x 2 online as spares.

using a youtube video i got it down to where i would remove 3 screws just before you get to removing the nozzle unit out.

the screws did not come out and in temper now have no thread so i cant get the nozzle out anymore

any ideas?
