I occasionally joke about having a 'touch of a tism' but would never claim it to be genuine, in real life I often say I'm missing a social gene but do consider myself to be a friendly chap, I can focus on a topic but I don't believe I hyper focus on anything to the point of actually having a passion, I do tend to collect stuff these days but I reckon that's more to do with being/feeling financially secure for the first time in my adult life. Do I wish I could save more... yes, but do I regret blowing my wages of toys? not really, my bills are paid & I take pride knowing I'm able to support my adult children with free digs etc allowing them to save for their future, and I have ensured they are secure if the worst was to happen to their old Dad.
Short story long... I like to collect stuff, I'm not keen on many 'people' outside of my working life but I do have a few close friends that mean the world to me.
Which all seems to be a common feature of modern life.
