i would like to make a load out like this.

I know that the bad guys posing as SHIELD soldiers are using Noveske Diplomat rifles...Can't say the same for all of them but that might be a good start since it's a sweetass rifle.

those are SHIELD soldiers when they are escorting him to the cell they have M4's but I will be using a G36 instead!

Pretty difficult to make any positive IDs on the clothing with an image that small to be honest.

They're Ops-Core helmets and the holsters/drop-leg platforms are Safariland. As with any loadout of this nature, it's all about how picky you want to get when it comes down to most of the equipment.

I want the general look so I can play airsoft and look like this for fun

Pretty simple then, as above, just grab some blue coveralls/BDUs, a similar black plate carrier, helmet, black drop-leg etc and there you go.

No massive need to get folks to tell you what to buy, just check out 1-2 different surplus/gear stores and they'll have everything you need easily.

I would like it to be as accurate to the film as possible but not cost an arm and a leg.

The two really don't go together that well. That film is a massive hollywood blockbuster, those guys are kitted out with some of the latest, most gucci expensive kit there is. That holster alone (if you could get that exact safariland in the UK) with the drop platform would easily break £150.

If you want it to look accurate without spending much it's going to need to all be chinese replicas, check out EBairsoft.

OK here we go I have sourced a dark blue (almost black) BDU set and I am thinking of getting this http://airsoft-club....-rrv-vest-black as the plate carrier and a M88 with black cover. i am even going to copy what they have on their guns at some point like holo and magnifier.

As for the helmet you can get a a MICH 2001 (which is roughly what they're using) for not that much, about £20-30 and I would advise getting a black one as getting one with a cover would look wrong.

Also when trying to replicate a loadout try and look at the little things, like how they're using Fastmag pouches as if you gloss over too mcuh it won't look right. ALso make sure all your gear fits and it all adjusted properly as so many people try to do accurateish loaodut which come apart purely because of how they're wearing it

Another reference image for anyone helping :) - Guys in blue obviously, not hawk at the front..

And being on the topic of awesome looking loadouts I believe infinite money and time would give me something resembling this:

Alex why is there skittles coming out of that guys leg? also as said earlier you can get a mich for about 20-30 which will look fine if you can't afford the real one.

on the last picture with hawk in it the guys in blue look like they have a intercom system that Huey air commanders wear when in theater
