Having also served in both, 95's all the way. If only because you were meant to roll your sleeves up.
However, on the flip side, the PCS Jackets I can wear down to a much colder temperature than the 95 Jackets before having to put a Smock on I find. Which on exercise means that even patrols in the middle of the night I'll do in a shirt, rather than a smock.
If your a cadet and you have the money that allows you to pick and choose which of the MTP kit you get to wear, get the 95 Cut stuff, looks smarter and on days when its warm you'll be a little bit cooler whilst those in PCS melt.
