Trying to loadout another grandson on a budget I purchased a used reg but I forgot to add my door number,no big deal you might think especially on a tracked service alas not how RM sees it and the icing on the cake is the parcel had no return address. RM in their infinate wisdom,(although I get deliveries from the same office 3-5 times a week and I'm the only "Moore" up my road of 110 houses) have decided to return it to the National Returns Centre due to incomplete address. Fair enough I messed up but I've been on the phone to them x3 (20 mins hold average) and the sender spoke to them. He had proof of sending and even described the package. He was then told the item would be disposed of because it doesn't have a return address. I then rang them and the lady explained because the item's value was such then they wouldn't look for it,I said you don't have to look far it's tracked,she said oh yeah I will contact the returns centre but it will take up to 30 days. Ok I made a "senior" mistake but in this day and age I expected they could sort it. They are antiquated,even the hold music is old.
