how do i sell my gun if i am not a UKARA member?

iv had my M4A1 carbine for a while now, barely used it, bought it before the law about non two-toned guns required a membership etc, just wondering do i have to be a member to sell a gun on here or just to check that the person i am selling it to is a member? this is new to me so help would be awesome !

You dont need ukara to sell the gun.

you dont need to be a member, but the buyer should be a member and you can check it up.

You don't need a UKARA to sell. However you must ensure the person you sell to has a valid defence (e.g. UKARA) otherwise you will be committing an offence.
