Help with identifying this gun?

Hi,

I've been browsing online for a primary, I stumbled upon this but I can't seem to find what the name of it is. Any help? The picture is only 265 x 152 so it will be a challenge.

That's an M4 CQBR with the front sight post replaced with a vltor folding front sight and the flash hider replaced with a noveske sound hog. I'm pretty sure you can't buy one 'out of the box' that looks like that, you'd need to change some bits over yourself.
