help identifying airsoft gun

It wont fire i tested the motor that spins new battery which had 6 volts in still didnt fire so going to strip the gun and have a look at the connections

6volts probably wont spin the gearbox up,  need atleast a 7.2v battery with at least 1200mah if not more.

get a beefier battery on it before taking it apart.

Okay cheers ill try that before i do strip it
What battery is it you have got?

You should always charge a battery before using as they dont come charged enough to cycle the gearbox. If a battery is too low it it can lock up the gearbox to the point you need to remove the motor and release the anti reversal latch, its a simple job but still a pain. Ignore the mah rating though because thats just capacity, the higher it is the longer the battery lasts. A lot of people run 1000mah lipos with no issue.

Any gun should work on either a 8.4v nimh,7.4v lipo or higher unless it's one of those G&G's with the stupid ecu.
