Are they LCT mags? If so how do the AK12s run in the E&L? Cheers

The engraving, upper machining, barrel shortening and buffer tube mod were all done by LC's engineering. Jim does an awesome job as long as you are happy to wait, think the list is about 6 months long at the mo.

Yeah I did message them weeks ago but never got a response?! I got a guy who does the buffer tubes for a tenner… had four done so far!

Did you email him or use messenger ? email is better option, does sometimes take a while to respond though. Think he charges the same for the buffer tubes. I need to get the ones for my AEG's done when I next send him some bits.

Now normally I’m definitely not a “guns done !” sort of player as I’m always want to change this’n’that with my guns , but after getting an ‘old school’ red dot from these very forums(very BIG shout out to @kistofurryfor it) I honestly can say I’m really happy with it now and can’t see anything I want different on it . Now that’s nice .

No they arent. The lct modernised mags are garbage and dont have the windows in them properly, just a moulding. These are d-day. They look and feel amazing but they are a little too lose to feed in most of my guns. The e&l is one of the only ones they actually work in.

 
New optic arrived, so now as it’s stands!

Mk18 Mod 1 NGRS with LBX M81 sling, Magpul RVG, Inforce WML (Repro until my genuine one arrives), and Theta Optics EoTech clone. 
 

Still deciding whether or not to paint it, but have a feeling I’m just going to leave it how it is. The only thing I might add at this point is a PEQ or DBAL.

I'll probably run it like this next game. The full rail lets me get the ACOG far enough forward that I dont feel its going to smack me in the face with recoil  The gun is one I own jointly with a mate , we do have a SUSAT for it but TBH I prefer an ACOG.

Ive got a Keymod rail you can have FOC if you want to enable a PEQ or other device on the side.

ACOGs and SPECTREs are the coolest looking mag optics for sure!

If i didn’t have my AK I’d have another L85 as my main gun for sure
