AND in the great tradition of airsofters NEVER being happy with anything kit wise , was looking at the new AUG and thought “I know it’s a para so it’s ment to have a really short barrel but I ‘think’ prefer the look of the carbine” so one TM 416 barrel extender later and all is well in the universe , for now ! ?

This is why I own 3 of the same rifle with different barrel lengths and tops. 

 
The attached pics are the 90s US federal agent field kit/80s-90s general special forces kit with the completed Colt SMG build. Ngl, it's incredibly comfortable to use and maneuver with. If I sling the strap around the back of my neck, I can alternate between two-handed tasks and still properly shoulder it with one hand.

Lol, I had the carbine & shortened it to para length, but to be fair back then the para version wasn't available for Airsoft, so it was like me, speshul ?

I miss that gun, just don't miss its trigger.

Oh yes most definitely ‘speshal’ ! ??

this one has had the @Iceni trigger bar mod already done to it so its got ‘safe,semi and auto’ if I want just semi only for each pull of the trigger , which is nice ! ?

Saturday night I started obsessing about the HK45 again (thanks to Murtaugh's USP). 
Went to skirmish on Sunday, where they had a retailer stall.
Lo and behold they had an HK45 ready to go. I asked how much and if they took card payments. Decent price and yes they did. 
I wandered off and went pewpew.
At the end of the day, I'd packed all my kit up and was just about to get in the car.
Got out again and brought this home with me:
