GHK Muzzel removal

Maybe a stupid question but couldn’t work out how to remove the stock muzzel break off a GHK MK18. Obviously removed the grub screw? Tried a wrench but it didn’t budge.

You know it's a left-handed thread, right?

If it still refusing to come off, dunk that end into a cup of scalding hot boiled water for about 20-30 secs

it’ll allow the muzzle to expand ever so slightly and loosen off anything causing it to bind

Backing up what Enid said, heat works,  a heat gun on low or even a hair dryer, held near it for a few minutes will allow it to expand to "crack" the join. Just remember to direct it away from any plastic/rubber parts, and that it will stay hot for a few minutes. I always forget that taking those wee party sausage rolls out, it's instinct to try one at 220degrees. ?
