G&G CM18 Handguard removal. HELP!

Hi guys, I need some help with removing the handguard from the G&G cm18 Mod 1. The outer barrel is wobbly and so I need to take the handguard off in order to access the grub screws which hold the barrel in place. Atleast, I think this Is what Im supposed to do following a few minutes of research. Thanks in advance.

Iirc isnt there a hole in the handguard that lets you tighten up those grub screws? Been a while since i worked on a raider but i think thats how it went together.
