Personal I would say £290-£315 for just the AKS-74U and the mags including paypal fees but not postage. 

Not sure on the chest rig not my area personally.

220 for the gun + mags (considering that the AK is €250 new on gunfire), add another 50 for the rig (€130 new) and you get a nice €270 (more or less 250/260 quid)
