Do you get scared?

scared of losing a tooth, f*ck yes i am!

Lower face pro steams up my glasses, so i often leave it in my backpack.. but then i take a bb close to the mouth and pull it out again, then i get fog and they go back in the bag, then....

well you got it, i hope.. on the other hand i'm experimenting with various homemade solutions :)

Other than that, no, not scared of anything..

I actually witnessed a poor bloke at Combat South last month, loose about half of one of his two front teeth!

The nerve ending was exposed, and by all accounts it bloody hurt!  ?

By all accounts it's the other way round for me. I suffer from social anxiety so I'm pretty much always on edge but when I play airsoft and the adrenaline kicks in everything becomes crystal clear

I only lost one tooth to airsoft, and bloody hell it did hurt.. Guy shot me on purpose at point blank and I completely lost it..

Will get a gun shield tomorrow and test it :)

I also lost a tooth to Airsoft. And I’m afraid to say it wasn’t from a BB, but I think this topic sums it up quite nicely.

I was hiding on a hill, popped my head up every now and then to have a good look at the locations people where at, two guys snuck up on the left side of the site right on the boundary. Put my head up, saw a couple of guys in the centre, looked down my barrel and took a couple of shots, they hit and as I was lowering my gun, the two on the left lit me up and all hit me in the face mask.

This made me seriously jump and as I reacted I whacked the butt stock of the gun into my top teeth. I felt a tooth crumble. Asked the Marshall to have a look(no mirror) and he said, nothing wrong mate. He was right.

Got home, had a drink, and the tooth that I felt crumble fell out in 5 pieces... lost half my front tooth!

The next few days were horrible, couldn’t eat or drink without pain. Had to get a whole lot of expensive dental care...

Worst thing, I was renting , had a full face mask, and this was my second time playing!

Although my wife didn't agree, especially when we had a wedding to attend a few days later! ?
Murphy's law mate, you could play a dozen games in a row & come out looking pristine, but the minute you've got a wedding/job interview etc coming up, every bb fired that day is gonna hit you in the boat, making you look like a pubescent teen, I'm sure they even change direction mid flight by up to 90 degrees just to make sure they get you.

that was a nice one though, did all your mates keep saying Birdy NumNum ?

I work in a garage mate, so I'm sure you can imagine how sympathetic the lads were! ?

It really was a good shot though! Right between my helmet, eye pro and with a balaclava on also...
