Darkwater Tactical was broken into yesterday with the word filtering through social media.
"Just want to throw it out there that our shop in Rotherham was broken into last night & we've been cleared out.
Some really rare pieces have gone (Barrett .50 cal, custom silver Desert Eagle, 1979 style top maglite MP5SD among others). About 20 rifles & a dozen pistols."
Blank firers were apparently also among the stolen items so they'll be of particular interest to the police.
It won't be a surprise if we see either new sellers on online airsoft classifieds or at car boot sales trying to flog stolen goods, in which case you should be vigilant if you spot anything matching the description of the rare pieces mentioned.
