Custom gear - floating an idea

Okay, I have been chatting to Platatac about making a 100 piece run on some custom gear using this fabric:

They can make 100 magazine pouches for about £11 each and would need around 16 yards of fabric. 

Total cost of the venture would be, by my maths, £1,600 before shipping, etc. 

However, I think the pouches would be sellable, as the 330D fabric is top quality and they would be branded too by Platatac. I could see the pouches being sold at a £20+ price point, plus it would be some cool kit to own. 

Just want to gauge interest and see if it is worth a kickstarter or crowd funding type enterprise to get it done. 

Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

Slightly over the top? I only need to take two mags out with me each time.

I dunno, I quite like the pattern, kind of rocky desert thing going on.

I could see Solid Snake rocking that in MGS:V

Not for me but if your gut says go for it, try it!!

Not sure a crowdfunder is the way to go personally. I would set up online ways and try to get some sites or shops to take a few on sale or return!

Too niche given the number of people who know about Natural Gear let alone would want pouches in it.

Buy the fabric, send it to someone here or on the continent who makes nylon gear, won't cost all that much.
