CA SCAR Outer Barrel Issue

Hi guys just added a Classic Army SCAR to my collection on the cheap, works fine after putting it together but a few bits missing.

Doesn't effect the gun as they are external, but the outer barrel will not stay in and cannot figure it out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Your missing the whole front sight assembly and the Bolt. Are you sure thats a classic army though? looks more like a JLS.

Not sure on Classic army/dboys compatability though
