um, no, that would be just as illegal as someone selling him a gun that isn't 2 tone. You will probably find they cancel your order and you loose some money for waisting there time phone them be honest get it to toned then repaint it when it arrives or buy the parts that are two tone in black and be happy
Sounds highly illegalYou will probably find they cancel your order and you loose some money for waisting there time phone them be honest get it to toned then repaint it when it arrives or buy the parts that are two tone in black and be happy
if its in there T&C's as a condition of sale, its very legalSounds highly illegal
It's only a crime if you do not have a defence against the VCRA. If you are a regular skirmisher it isn't a crime. You just need some way to prove that you do go to airsoft sites. If you pay with a bank card there will be a 'paper trail' and that is proof, although there are easier, more immediate ways, like site membership and a membership card.um, no, that would be just as illegal as someone selling him a gun that isn't 2 tone.
Manufacturing a RIF IS A CRIME.
So i can murder if i don't get caught?you are all sounding a little tightly wound on this its only a crime if you get caught or go do something stupid with it
It's a crime. End of, you don't do it, that's how society views it, and how you should view it too.you are all sounding a little tightly wound on this its only a crime if you get caught or go do something stupid with it if your taking it to skirmish sites discretely there will not be a problem its not illegal to own a rif there is no licence or governing body
No governing body? The UKARA and the Government, my friend.you are all sounding a little tightly wound on this its only a crime if you get caught or go do something stupid with it if your taking it to skirmish sites discretely there will not be a problem its not illegal to own a rif there is no licence or governing body
I think you'll find you need to go and revisit the VCRA, because you're talking sh*t.No governing body? The UKARA and the Government, my friend.
I think you'll find it is illegal to own a RiF if the perpetrator changed it from IF to RiF status without being over 18 and having a UKARA registration.
Plus it's our hobby, if people start doing that en masse and it's found out then RiFs will come closer to being banned then they did last time.
(and if you yourself do this you aren't doing yourself any favours by showing your positive view of it)
