Bolt Action RIF advice.

Don't buy a bolty 2nd hand, no one sells a good well tuned bolty for the most part, what you see are midrange builds that never quite shot as well as someone liked build it yourself, learn the system inside out and really go the extra mile trying to find consistency. It's worth it.
I am most likely going to buy new if i am going to invest in this option.

Only thing that makes me lean towards getting the TAC41-P is I like the look of the rifle (more like a M40a3), and my TM VSR10 is not in very good condition, which just increases the cost to replace those parts as well.

That's fair I suppose. I'm just in the process of building my 2nd vsr currently, I've opted for a maple leaf mlc-s2 stock for mine as I much prefer a pistol grip personally. I've built this from the ground up, didn't even bother with a base rifle this time round.

Update: I ended up getting a small promo at work this week so decided to say screw it and ordered the TAC41-P.

I have ordered a Medusa, Chubnub, and a Rapax 2J+ spring with the tensioners.

I hear everything else should be good to go stock. I may update the cylinder/piston to one of the adjustable ones like the SB VMP or WASP but I guess that's not a hard requirement.

Someone did recommend I get a silverback suppressor to help keep the noise down from the air volume escaping the barrel.

I also heard the mags can be very annoying, I got a 110 extended mag to test with, if they cause issues, I'll just grab the shotshell adaptor from project airsoft.

My airsoft addiction is crying out for me to just buy it all and go full ham with a twisted 510mm outer barrel etc but I will maintain some willpower lol

Thank you to everyone who offered advice and guidance. It's much appreciated and helped me come to a solid decision.
