Bad Publicity?

is it even illegal to film other people I Airsoft to make money from them on YouTube without their consent or permission? I know it’s illegal to film people or take photos in a public place but a airsoft field is in a public place???
This is opening up a whole new can of worms ? ?

Speed limits? the fuck are those for?
you can drive a Ferrari or Lambo at stupid speeds on the Autostrade and the Carabinieri just turn a blind eye to it. I’ve seen it so many times when I was there it was surreal. Driving like an Italian is something else too. That space that’s in front of you is yours. At all costs ?

So what was the purpose of this thread again??? Lol

TBH, i dont think its as much of an issue about filming, as once peoples helmets and eye/face protection is on, its almost impossible to identify anyone  (not completely impossible, but close enough)  wheras in other public places people can be identified because their faces can be seen.

that's just my personal thoughts, and i may be wrong with regards the law. personally i dont give a damn if i appear in peoples videos as its part of the game as far as im concerned.   just as long as the footage isnt edited to slander other people to inflate the uploaders own ego and spread lies.

*looks squarely at KM and the now infamous "hitmarker analysis" vid*

TBH if everyone speaks up and says they dont want to become pawns in KMs videos,  then he will have to leave his cameras at home...
no KM cameras = no footage = no videos = no more lies = no more dramas on youtube/FB etc = no youtube revenue = good riddance KM = bye bye KM expose group and their toxic leader

I hate being more cynical than I am usually buuuuut if no more KM, I am guessing they would just start on the next one they deem “worthy” of their ‘special’ attention ;)

maybe thats true,  but as long as they arent as much of a dick as KM,  then the rest of the community will come to their defense and shut the toxic lot down..  one way or another.

personally i think the only reason they have survived so long is that very few airsofters are willing to step up and defend KM.  i would like to think that if the target was anyone else, that there would be many more people stepping up to defend their fellow airsofters from the toxic elements

Oh thanks a lot for that @Druid799I was about to have Heinz spaghetti on toast. I think I'll give it a miss now...?
lol.  i thought you stormtroopers had stronger stomachs than that  =P

Aye that's a valid point... these are strange times we live in currently after all...

Rumour has it we can shoot straight too and aways on target... we only miss to keep the U/PG rating lol

I agree with you I don’t mind if someone films me. Like you said I just feel bad for the guys that km is calling out. cos at that range I can’t tell if a 0.4 hit my webbing. The whole thing is a bit childish with regards to KM and the head shots. it’s like he’s the airsoft Judge Dredd dealing out headshots on “cheaters” as he see fit. the Facebook guys are just as bad they come over as a bunch of old guys who have taken a head shot and won’t stop going on about it.

that’s just what it Looks like to me on the side line anyway

I’ll assume that was a typo - legal to film in a public place

An airsoft site is not a public place but a place with public access

(Like a shopping centre)

Its legal to film, but you are subject to the owners rules/policies

Some more reference to filming and making money out of content on another Kicking Mustang thread here:

The great irony of all of this dumpster fire is that the moron leading the anti KM group was himself banned from a load of WW2 themed games because he whinged about not being allowed to use a rifle more than 370FPS.........Link can be provided for evidence if people wish.  The upshot is both him and KM need to fuck off and disappear from Airsoft as soon as possible.

Can't somebody who knows KM help and guide him away from destroying this sport and towards becoming a positive influencer. KM has the potential to do serious damage to the airsoft we all enjoy so much.  Enough is enough Mustang. Over 25 bans at sites in the UK should be telling him it's time to change. Somebody please help a wounded Mustang.

@Fusionfiend well the usual method for a wound horse is A BULLET TO THE HEAD!!
But I think after insulting site owners and with everyone else having nothing to do and enflaming the situation, now just starting to get worried all this negative malarkey is gonna get into the general public forum ie the press get wind this could cause serious issues for all of us.

All jokes aside but I doubt KM would be prepared to apologise or change his ways unless YouTube demonetise’s him or people stopped supporting his products as he couldn’t demonstrate them in clips.

So much has changed due to “Money, Money, Money” from KM’s clips of him just hiding in bushes taking one or two shots (usually to the body) or someone walking past him - to - click-baiting headshot high viewed vids - to - getting his products dropped by skirmshop - to - attacking site owners.

2020 was a KRAYKRAY year !!

I agree, let change cancel culture to cancel mustang haha

Yeah put him out of his misery.
F**k his misery , put him out of ours !?

For this too happen he’d need a friend who’s got the balls to stand up to him , and by the sound of it all he’s got around him are sycophants and dickheads of an equally ‘high standard’ ? .

He’s a traitor and part of the Rebel Alliance. I recognised  his stench the first time I clicked on an Airsoft cheater video.
