I tried them a few weeks ago whilst also enquiring about how buying from them works and they replied with this,

How ordering with RW-UK works ............
Visit the shop or email us at [email protected] for the UK price
The Uk price includes all the extras such as Import tax, VAT, charges and International shipping
we can also ship locally (within Europe) for additional cost
If you want a product from the website but we do not have it in the UK, we can order it for you after taking a 20% deposit (non returnable)
Please include product codes from the website in your email for more rapid quoting

So it would seem that video posted in another thread somewhere, when Arclight says the UK price has all shipping and tax removed, is wrong.
Which means that the only reason anyone has to get anything from them, is to not have to worry about customs. 'Cos there's no guarantee they won't massively rip you off by charging a stupid amount more than the price and then just saying it was due to customs and shipping taxes etc...
Kinda bummed out by it tbh. It's £300 in their HK store, + Vat that's another £60, shipping and taxes will probably add on another £60 again so it's probably looking at being around the £400 - £450 mark. Which is a bit mental =[
They do actually stock the black version at JD Airsoft, but I've tried emailing them about it and I just never get a response. If they'd get the OD one in, I'd get it from them, because it's the same gun through and through, but it's only £300.
